Join us for Historic Garden Week
Join us on Saturday, April 18 from 10 am - 4 pm in Ashland, for our tour! Tickets will go on sale in February, 2026.
Proceeds from Historic Garden Week benefit the ongoing restoration and preservation of historic public gardens and landscapes across Virginia. In addition, ticket sales fund a research fellowship program in landscape architecture.

The Ashland Garden Club welcomes the Brunswick, Three Rivers and Petersburg Garden Clubs to join us for a Quad-Club Luncheon with remarks by Laura Liebert, TAGC President; Kris Carbone, GCV President; along with Perry-Lee West of Bartlett Tree Experts.

Scholarship Program
Awarded to Patrick Henry High School seniors attending post-high school studying Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, Landscape Design, Environmental Science or other field relating to conservation. For a list of scholarship winners, click HERE.
Scotchtown
Scotchtown, located in Hanover County, Virginia, was owned and used as a residence by Patrick Henry, his wife Sarah and their children. He was a revolutionary and elected in 1778 as the first Governor of Virginia. The Ashland Garden Club provides holiday decorations inside and outside the building.
Welcome Center in Ashland, VA
The Ashland Garden Club plants and maintains the beautiful gardens surrounding the 100 year old Train Station. The Station serves as a Welcome Center for the Town, as well as an Amtrak stop.
Ashland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
Each holiday season, members of The Ashland Garden Club make decor out of live greens and bring them to The Ashland Convalescence Center. The residents really appreciate the holiday cheer!
